Navigating insurance and billing for your child’s healthcare can feel overwhelming, but our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our team is here to help you understand your coverage and answer any questions you may have.

Insurance Information

  • We accept most major insurance plans.
  • Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to every visit.
  • If you’re unsure whether your plan is accepted, call our office at (605) 341-7337 before your appointment—we’ll be happy to help.
  • For children with multiple insurance plans, please provide information for all coverage to ensure accurate billing.

Billing and Payments

New Patients: Payment is required at the time of service for the first clinic visit unless insurance information can be verified.

Established Patients: Payment/copayment is required at the time of service for all office visits. All accounts are due and payable within 30 days of receipt of your statement unless other arrangements are made with a patient account representative. Should other arrangements for payment be necessary, please discuss this with one of our patient accounts personnel prior to your visit by calling (605) 341-7337.
