Our Patient Portal makes it easy for families to stay connected to their child’s care. With secure, convenient access to important health information, you can manage your child’s appointments, records, and prescriptions—all from home or on the go.

To Use the Portal:

Call our office at (605) 341-7337 to register for the patient portal.

Check your email – you will receive instructions on how to access the portal for the first time.

Important Information About the Patient Portal:

Participating patients are given secure User IDS and passwords. Each patient receives one user ID and one password. For patients with parents that are not living together, if both parents wish to access their child’s record, they will have to share the User ID and password with each other.
If the parents do not wish to share access, we will allow Patient Portal access to the primary custodial parent only.
Appointment reminders can only be sent to one email address.

Through the Patient Portal, you can:

Receive appointment reminders and keep track of appointments
View current and historical statements
View lab results
Renew prescriptions
View your child’s personal medical record such as immunization record, vitals, etc
Receive health maintenance reminders — all from the comfort of your home, whenever it is convenient for you
