In 1983, Black Hills Pediatrics became the first medical clinic in Rapid City to provide urgent care services during the evenings and weekends. Today, we continue to adapt to the changing needs of our patients and community by providing comprehensive pediatric services that include routine, specialty, and urgent care, as well as an on-site full-service lab and x-ray department.
